MonthlyReplay (September)
New version 1.8.0 out, what's coming on 1.9.0, new YouTube channel and more!
Hi everyone! 👋
September looks like it will be an excellent month for OpenReplay. Let’s see what we’ve been up to!
To get started, we’ve released version 1.8.0 with the following updates:
We’ve added new features to the community edition:
X-Ray, which lets you visualize up to three timelines simultaneously, each focused on one specific group of issues (like errors, network and performance).
Multiple agents can now join Assist calls at once.
You can now see past activity when viewing a live session.
We also made some major improvements, such as:
Using VirtualDOM to smooth the playback of large replays.
Several updates to our UI to improve the user experience.
You can now control the player's progress bar from your keyboard.
And quite a lot of other changes, so check out our release article for more details.
🌏 Community Calls 🌍
On September 2nd, we had our latest live community call with Luca Casonato from Deno as our special guest. He covered how to create fast websites using Deno.
We also shared How OpenReplay can help you sanitize the data you record to protect your user’s privacy.
